Working on 3D

We used UV map on Photoshop to play around with the colours and textures for our props. This is just our first rough texturing, before we know for sure what kind of texturing we want to go for.
We also add alot of graffiti to make it look as if the place is destroyed by the unknown, the walls begin to mould in to dirt.

More experimentation with the lights coming from the outside of the room.

This is an experimentation that Mo has done to test out the lighting for our short movie. Lighting is important part of our movie because it will show alot of the inside of the building and the outside, we will need to show how old this building is and how long this building has not been looked over for.

Our first Floor Plan

This is our 2nd map which show the layout of each room on the first floor
This is a map which show all the rooms on the ground floor. Here we will use this as a guide to help us visualise the setting for our movie.

More research

Pictures to inspire us

We also looked in to a few games which shows alot of detailed props and enviroment. We liked the way the artist has used a combination of colours and light to create an errie atmosphere to the game.

The image underneath this, is an image of a drinking fountain. Kirsty went to Barcelona and capture these images because she was inspired by the way the dirt hangs around the area, and thought to use it as a props for our enviroment design.

A few images below this is a few pictures taken from another website. We thought this is useful to use because the way things are layed out and the way it looked. Very old, used and demolised.
